Recently, wellness services which help self-diagnosis and treatment utilizing smart devices are
increasing. However, many services based on smart devices utilize personal information to provide a
user-centered service. Collection of personal information in the wellness services can be exploited.
Therefore it is necessary to control a system access of users. In this paper, we propose an human
behavior recognition-based access control system (HBR-ACS) that helps to provide secure service
efficiently running in smart device. This system provides services by separating the access rights
according to the strength of the user's behavior. User behavior has a characteristic that is hard to
