This contribution provides the technical description of the ETRI submission in response to the Call for Proposals for 3D Audio Phase II [1] that has been issued at the 103^rd MPEG Meeting in Geneva. This contribution includes a brief description of coding scheme and information of bitrates, algorithmic delay, and decoder complexity corresponding to the submission guideline as in [2].
